To preserve the down filling, we recommend washing your insert pillow only when necessary.

Please use a PH neutral detergent, delicate or short wash cycle.

Tumble dry on low heat for short bursts until dry.

We recommend washing your pillowcase on a delicate cycle, using a PH neutral detergent, and a delicate wash bag if possible.

Once your pillowcase has been washed, hang to air dry, please do not tumble dry.

When dry to the touch, place the pillowcase back on your insert pillow and steam iron to get rid of any creases.

Steaming will re-hydrate the silk fibers and make your pillowcase soft, shiny and good as new!

The shell of our signature insert pillow is made from 100% organic cotton that has an OEKO-TEX standard 100 certificate, so you can be certain that every component of this article has been tested for harmful substances.

Likewise the down we use has a Responsible Down Standard certificate. This means that the origin of the feathers and down are ethically sourced and come from tightly controlled and traceable supply chains.

Applicable to international orders only; customs, and import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. These will vary according to destination and are payable upon the receipt/delivery of the goods.

Entry of goods into the UK:

As part of regulations in the UK all soft-furnishings (including bedding) must be compliant with fire regulations.

Our insert pillow has been tested and is compliant with the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) regulations 1988. This label can be found sewn on the insert pillow.
