RESPONSIBLE DOWN FILLING

Using a bespoke blend of down and feathers, every pillow is hand weighed to precision ensuring the correct density for targeted support and compression relief. Working closely with our manufacturers, we only use ethically sourced down certified under the 'RDS' Responsible Down Standard.

ORGANIC COTTON INSERT COVER

As the layer that gives our NUBE its unique contoured shape, the shell of our insert pillow is crafted from 100% organic cotton. We meticulously selected the cotton ensuring no harmful chemicals or dyes were used, working only with fabrics that are OEKO-STANDARD 100 certified.

ORGANIC SILK PILLOWCASE

Made from the finest 22 momme, 6(A) grade organic Mulberry threads, our silk is buttery soft and sumptuously luxurious. Designed to be the fabric that comes into direct contact with the skin, our pillowcase is gentle, non-toxic, acting as a natural smoothing buff for crease-free* skin.

CARING FOR YOUR BEAUTY PILLOW

To preserve the down filling, we recommend washing your insert pillow only when necessary.

Please use a PH neutral detergent, delicate or short wash cycle.

Tumble dry on low heat for short bursts until dry.

We recommend washing your pillowcase on a delicate cycle, using a PH neutral detergent, and a delicate wash bag if possible.

Once your pillowcase has been washed, hang to air dry, please do not tumble dry.

When dry to the touch, place the pillowcase back on your insert pillow and steam iron to get rid of any creases.

Steaming will re-hydrate the silk fibers and make your pillowcase soft, shiny and good as new!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The return and refund of unused and unopened products will be accepted within 14 days of the date received. As we are a small business any return request received after this period will not be processed.

Please note that we cannot issue a refund or accept a return if items have been used, washed or damaged after purchase.

2. In your email please make sure to list the reason for returning the item(s)

3. You will receive and email from us within 24 hours with detailed instructions to complete your return
